Looks like an error with the show lights, have you tried selecting the "default showlight" checkbox?

 

Also, isn't it easier and better nowadays to make CDLC with the CDLC CREATOR program?

Use DLC Builder instead of RS Toolkit.

Also double check the 2025 CDLC standards

 

[SOLVED] Thanks to everyone who commented giving tips. I solved both errors by deleting EOF and Song Creator and downloading them again.
