CDLC not installing

Hi there I noticed my CDLC's where not working so I'm doing a fresh restart of rocksmith.
I downloaded everything necessary but when I try to install CDLC I get the following

Tried restarting to ensure nothing was using it but still get this, any ideas?

    Separate problem than Original Poster's. Your pirated copy will not work here.

    same problem....my RS 2014 is from steam...the original DLCs are working perfectly...any suggestions?
