will Tears Don't Fall by bullet for my valentine be available to download as its now delisted on steam?

I am not sure if this has been asked. as of now on Custom Forge it says it is official DLC, but in steam it's nowhere to be found and officially delisted.

Short answer is no. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Has been asked, for that song, I do not recall, but the question has been asked several several (several) times over;
