Rocksmith2014 not responding briefly

Hi all. Has anyone noticed rocksmith briefly ‘not responding, whilst choosing a different song or after exiting a song or when RS changes screens? I noticed RS was a bit slow so put it in windowed mode to monitor ‘task manager’ while game is running. This is where i saw the ‘not responding’ at the top of the window and in task manager. Any clue what’s happening or how to speed RS back up I greatly appreciate. It also does it during profile load which takes ages, about 20 odd seconds or more  Ive played a LOT of songs with that profile but even if my dlc folder is empty it takes forever for profile to load. So any suggestions are welcome. Speed me up guys!! Cheers
