Is there ever a problem with having two copies of the exact same DLC song in DLC folder?

I've tried to organize my DLC folder and may have inadvertently made multiple copies of both CF CDLCs and official Rocksmith DLCs.  I know sometimes two different DLCs of the same song can lead to a crash.  Is it a problem if it's the exact same DLC, official and not?  [edit:  The second copy is in a subfolder in the dlc folder.]  Thanks.
