Why cant i pitch shift an "ODLC" file song?

I tried to use the pitch shift option for one song added by the cdlc and it worked, but when i try to do it with "one step closer" by linkin park (which is in the game already, not added with CDLD) the log says "Skipping ODLC file", why is that? how can i use the pitch shift feature in these songs?
