Rocksmith 2014 remasterd doesnt start anymore

oi!
since moths i got no time to play this game anymore. Today was the day i wanna start a session but no no no. 
i started the game via steam it shows that the game start but i didnt even see a process runing..
so i repaired the game but the same.. i start a fresh install but same... 
i tried to start the game as admin but nothing, 

like the .exe isnt starting a game process.. any ideas ?

Sounds like you need to download the latest enabler to play. This is usually happens because Rocksmith updated.

You may need to delete the old D3DX9_42.dll, You may need to temporarily disable your anti-virus. You may need to give permission to run or download the enabler. Remember to turn your anti-virus back on after downloading and running the enabler.

If using the newest D3DX9_42.dll (from the CDLC enabler Sniper linked to) doesn't work. You may have a hardware conflict such as an Oculus or Asus mouse. In which case you should try installing RSMods.
