shader problem with a rtx 40 series graphics card

hi i have changed my pc and my rocksmith dont work anymore i have a i9 14900k and a rtx 4080 super slim msi i just tell on discord support for a help and it's say to me it's a shader problem probally for the graphics card any fix for this problem?

i have already download the cdlc enabler and any direct x program any other method to resolve this problem
