Strange Go Playalong problem

It is in Rocksmith 2014.
The file is perfectly synced in Go PlayAlong. But it starts at 00:21 with the first note.
No problem in EOF:

But in Rocksmith I say 18 of those 20 seconds are ignored and it starts right away.
