Each of us has his favorites URLs to get tabs to import in EOF, would be nice to share these URLs among all of us:

Hard to believe that mysongbook is charging money for Guitarpro tabs. Pretty fucking slimy if you ask me.

 

I was using http://www.songsterr.com , but I also have one of those packs of GPro files. Regardless, GuitarPro files are almost never entirely accurate. Nothing like using your own ears!

I've found some tabs on there that are not anywhere else, but tbh most sites have the same tabs...

 

Don't be afraid to use different tabs for different arrangements though!  Quite often I'll use the lead from one tab and the bass from another, just depends what ends up "looking better" in game.

You have to register at the site (for free).  Find the tab you want and click the "submit new revision" button.  The current tab should pop up and you can download it.

I was able to download from Songsterr without registering for a while, then that changed.

I used to be a Songsterr fanboy until I gave Ultimate Guitar another try. They both usually have the same exact pro tab, the difference is UG gives you a rating. This can be helpful in seeing if the tab is even worth trying. A 1-3 star tab usually is going to take a lot of work. I also like that UG's tabs download with the filename artistname_songname.gp5 unlike Songsterr's 543535345.gp5
