Guitar Center backorder?

Just curious what everyone's turn around time is for a backorder?

Decided I wanted to learn drums and bought a Simmons Titan 20 kit on sale for $219. Been backordered since January 9th. But keep getting emails saying it's back in stock. Yet my order is still "processing", even though they charged my credit card.

Should I just keep waiting or tell GC to get bent? Never ordered from them before.
