Is there a way to mark a chord with a thumb fretting?

From watching live videos, I figure the guitarist is using is thumb to fret the 3 on the low E string. Does EOF/Rocksmith have any sort of support for this technique? If so, do I mark the fingering as T like in guitar pro, or with a 0?

after trying it out, the answer is yes. just put the mark the fingering as T and it works just fine in rocksmith
