RSDiag False Positive Virus?

Windows Defender says Trojan:AndroidOS/Multiverze and Malwarebytes says Malware.AI.4083392177 for file rsdiagnostics-1.0-beta.zip

Anyone else run into this?  False positive? Trusted?
