Ive spent this afternoon having a go at making my first custom which is buddy holly peggy sue. I went through everything as per the great tutorials on here.

Im just having a couple of issues & help would be appreciated

I set the leading silence too 3 seconds & it works great in EOF but when i play the chart it always starts immediatly.

And the other the track only plays for about 25 seconds & then just ends ?

 Any ideas

  Thanks

As for the leading silence issue, it sounds like you selected the "stream" option (which is the default) when adding the leading silence in EoF. You'll want to choose "re-encode" instead. This way, the actual audio file will get re-encoded to include the leading silence.

You'll then need to use the newly saved audio file, and convert it (again) using WWise. Then repack with the toolkit.

As for the other problem, I'm not so certain. My suggestion would be to make sure that you place the sections correctly in EoF. Place the fist section on the first beat of the first measure that includes a note. After that, just place them on the first beat of any measure. Determining when a section ends and a new one begins is entirely subjective.

The 25 second issue could be because you are using the preview audio instead of the main audio as the sound for the actual song, which could be caused by simply pointing to the wrong audio file when building the custom in the toolkit.
