From the CDLC guides I found for PC, they say that the CDLC should be a .dat file. But every CDLC file I've downloaded is a psarc, even when it says it's the PC version. Am I just downloading wrong? I just click on the download link which usually takes me to dropbox or something, and there is only 1 file to download.

 

I can't find a psarc extractor that works on Windows 7.

Rocksmith (2011) used .dat files

 

Rocksmith 2014 uses psarcs.
