I've never made any CDLC but it's something i'd like to get into eventually, the software doesn't appear very user friendly at first glance (i'm sure i could get used to it) but i saw that the Rocksmith+ workshop looks a bit easier to use.

Anyone explored the possibility of exporting the necessary arrangements out of workshop to use for RS2014 CDLC creation?

Just thought i'd ask.

It doesn't quite work like that.  and we literally have a rule against that.

  • However, you cannot copy/replicate/rip charts from Rocksmith+ to Rocksmith 2014

hello mod, do you mean if theres no cdlc of a song for rocksmith 2014 on ignition and its officialy on rocksmith+ we cant make the cdlc for  R2014 of that specific song seeing how its played with all the notes and everything on R+?

So, if its on RS+ it is allowed to be on CF,  but,  do not use the RS+ track as a line for line, note for note copy for cdlc in RS2014.

Imo thats not hard to accomplish since in my experience of the RS+ songs, they are half done chord charts or have errors.  So writing it out correctly you're likely to get notes and fretting mostly different from an RS+ chart.
