Lead Guitar - Want to start learning how to play

So I'm coming originally from Bass into wanting to learn how to play Lead Guitar.

Can anyone recommend songs, exercises etc that'll help me in achieving my goal of playing face-melting lead guitar?

    The first song I learned in Rpckmith to Masterlever was Next Girl. With a bit of bass  experience you should have no probs learning it.

     

    Nothing facemelting, just some chilly music, not difficult to get accustomed.
