My Rocksmith 2014 seems to have gone haywire? I tried to open and run it today and it deleted my profile? The filename also changed to Rocksmith 2014 (2)? I went into STEAM to see if I could simply just install my backup copy and even that's gone as well? WTF? 
I am forced to start now with a New Profile but it's not recognizing my pickups in the tuner section? I hear the sound of the pickups and each note being played, it also shows up on the screen with vibrations but the game/program is not recognizing it through the Rocksmith cable even though there is sound? Any idea WTF is going on?

Probably not getting any responses due to wrong forum, moving to rocksmith forum.
