Advice on a pc that will run rs2014 at 1080 60fps

Hi guys, yesterday my 8 years old pc died. I use it just for rocksmith with steam because I have a MacBook for all other things. I need an advice on a new pc (smaller quiet desk pc possibly) that will run rs at 1080p and 60fps. What requirements do I need? My old pc was an i5 4th gen with integrated graphics. Rs run almost at 60 fps at lower settings and with a res of 720p. These nucs 11th gen from Intel are good enough? I want something smaller and Not hungry of power.
