You can either use this custom inlay (which is only accurate when you're in E standard)

Or use the "show note names" option in rsmods to display the name of the note you're currently playing

You have to put it in your dlc folder and select it in the inlay menu for it to show up. It's changeable from the same menu you use to select path and input.
Sometimes you need to select a base game inlay first and then a custom one for it to show up.

Unlike bass there's one for guitar built into rstoolkit, you just need to build it yourself using the inlay creator screen.
