Hey there, I've been going through some V1 CDLCs.  I'm not  a programmer, but I can muddle myself around if I am pointed in the right direction.

 

Is it possible to edit a CDLC?  Which tools?  Example being this one - I'd be happy to finish the last 30 seconds..  https://ignition4.customsforge.com/cdlc/19986

The tools/process needed to edit a cdlc are the same as the ones used to make them, the only difference in the process is the initial import of the xml files into eof.

If you import a .psarc into dlc builder and have these options enabled in settings it'll give you a project in the output folder you can open in eof to mess around with.
Once you're done you just rebuild the song with the modified files.

For stuff like fixing tone/song volume you can just import it into dlc builder and change the tone volume without and fiddling around in eof.
