Hi there,

I was having the same problem (as everyone) with the latest update of RS2014 . I installed the latest CDLC-enabler (RS2014-Mod-Installer), I had to show the installation-path manually.

Now the game starts twice when running rocksmith.exe. The first start is (as intended) in german and logged in to uplay but I get a windows-alert in german that steam has to be started.

The second started app is in englisch and logged out of uplay. This one  "steals" the audio-driver from the first one, unless I wait long enough to close the "steam" alert.

With the right timing I manage to get the first started app running, but the process is rather tedious.

Has anyone some ideas how to solve this?

Hi I´m recently having this issue and just came accross your post. So, same thing. I open Rocksmith and 2 instances of the program show up. I´m thinking to uninstall completeley and reinstall and see what happens. Did you figure something out?
