Whats the usual price and payment method for CDLC commission?

I am looking for getting a CDLC created and noticed the CDLC commision sub-forum here.

What is the price range one have to pay? Are there any forum rules about that?
Could I for example offer steam market items (e.g. CSGO, DOTA) as payment?
