Where can i get the _ps3.psarc.edat file for CDLC on my PS3

I cannot seem to find the file named _ps3.psarc.edat file  that the tutorial for CDLC on ps3 tells me i need.

anyone have  a link?

    _ps3.psarc.edat file is the custom song format for PS3. You need to convert standard pc p.psarc files to it using rstoolkit.

    i had my files converted with toolkit.  i misread the directions.  got it all working now.
