Rocksmith 2014 Not working after Windows 11 Upgrade

This Video Did not work

 

Neither did this one

 

I Also tried a Fresh install of Rocksmith 2014 and Customs Forge Tool. That also Did not work. Please Help Me! 

 

Now when I open Rocksmith, it will open, but, Steam sends me error messages saying to make sure Steam is running even though it is running. I can close them and open the game anyway, but I have to create a new profile with 0 progress and none of my CDLCs are present.
