If I have a psarc that was just created with Bass,  and I have the Gp5 for the lead,  is it possible to add the lead to existing one,  or do I start from Scratch?

Assuming the bars for both tabs all line up you should be able to import it into another track in eof, save it and rebuild it.

You'll have to unpack the psarc with the toolkit and import it into eof first though.
