If they don't after a few days send them a message through support. Most of us had ours upgraded to Remastered around 2016/17. Remastered works the way 2014 always should have worked. If you have RS1 from 2012, buy remastered. Then always follow coldrampage's advice. It always works. Unaccredited Charter

Just bought it today 😄 Doing the dll install again now, and also looking to connect via my asio interface rather than the laggy real tone cable.
