D3DX9_42.dll not working 09/11/2022

I bought Rocksmith2014 Remastered from Steam. Steam will not allow it to launch as long as D3DX9_42.dll is in the Rocksmith2014 directory at all. Just as soon as I remove the file, it allows me to launch it with no problems at all, ex cept that I can no longer play any of the CDLC
