How do you import TUX Guitar files to EOF

I was able to do this the first time using the guitar pro option but it isnt showing up any more so how can I import?

    You've got to save the tux guitar file as a guitar pro 5 file before you can import it into eof as .tg files aren't supported.
    You can change the save format using the save as menu.
