Unable to import Guitar Pro files

The ability to import Guitar Pro files is grayed out and F12 does nothing. Thought I'd reinstall but the download page has nothing, Please help.

    You're on a guitar hero track, you need to be on a track starting on "part_real" to be able to import guitar pro files.
