I am trying to use the CLI tool to unpack a song and it is giving this error. any ideas or help would be appreciated

I get the same error, when the psarc file isn't in the directory. You either copy the wingsofmadness_p.psarc to the directory where RSCTK (RocksmithCustomToolKit) is. The second option is to add the directory of the RSCTK to your PATH environment and execute "packer.exe" where wingsofmadness_p.psarc is located.
