Need help finding Exodus-Shudder to think tab in guitar pro format please !

As said in the title, I need help finding the exodus shudder to think tab in guitar pro format, or a way to convert pdf/ascii to gp, please!

    Only way to convert from pdf/ascii to gp is to rewrite it by hand in guitar pro. It takes a while for ascii stuff since it usually doesn't contain any note durations either.
