Yellow screen in EoF

So I have been working quite a bit in EoF recently and I have accidentally done something by mistake. The whole of the screen is now covered in these yellow lines. I have attached an image so you can see for yourself. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

    They are the grid lines, you can toggle them with "shift + G" or through this setting in the toolbar

    At a higher zoom level/resolution they are more spaced out and can actually be useful.
