When I open the CDLC in Rocksmith, it looks like you can see on the attached image, and I need to set the difficulty up with riff repeater. In eof the track looks normal (see attached image).

I tried setting the difficulty in eof to the one where the notes are and deleting the others, but that didn't do anything.

You shouldn't remove DD from the individual songs or it will cause some bugs in rocksmith remastered. You can instead globally turn off DD leveling and force max difficulty in the settings.
