Can't Get Notes to Sync to Music

Hi everyone,

I am working on a guitar exercise so what I did was record the audio from the tab in TuxGuitar and wanted to sync up the GP file to this TuxGuitar audio. However, when I import the GP file, I can't get it to sync up. When I drag the notes to the start of the audio, it's like the notes aren't even close  - they are much slower than the recorded audio.

I've played around with different BPM and the "estimate BPM" feature to no avail. Also, this exercise has 3 different BPM in it which doesn't probably make this any easier. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can send the individual files if that makes it easier as well. Thank you!
