No ones really figured out the ps4 .psarc format yet since not a lot of the people making the toolkit and similar tools have a modded one.

Apparently they're quite similar to the pc versions and replacing a few files inside them seems to work. If your lucky you might be able to replace most of the internal files to get one working as a test, but anything more than that probably depends on how well the dlc validation check is on next gen.
