Does that mean we can add those rocksmith original soundtrack for free on. customsforge???

CF will not permit the content on the site.

If a user chose not to buy it while it was available for 10 years, that is on them.

While we don't know exactly what the RS+ catalogue will look like, this policy is not changing. It might get reviewed once we have RS+ as a product to use. It might not.
