Add songs to game without restarting

As the title suggests, when I add CDLC, I have to always restart. 

How do I overcome that? 

If it's worth mentioning, due to me not having the ubisoft cable, I have to run it using the NoCableLauncher to get my own cable to be picked up by Rocksmith.

    You can go in and out of the shop in the main menu to trigger re-enumeration without closing the game.
