So i've just brought rocksmith through steam. but all my cdlc's i have, have a different i'd number than cherub rock.

would it be best to change them all (over a thousand). or use as they are ?? if i can ?

You can bulk change them with cfsm, shouldn't take too long to go through them all.
If the ID is a dlc you don't own they won't show up in-game so I'd change them all just to be safe.

Edit App IDs - if you decided to use a different official DLC song, you can use this feature to change App IDs to that’s song ID in bulk - just select all your songs, click on Edit App IDs, choose that official song and press Apply

So done all as should, then turns out they work with the same i.d they already had.

But gonna be handy having cherub anyways for future downloads saves alot of hassle
