Custom songs do not play on Mac Catalina

I decided to play rocksmith after 4 years.

 

  • I have the Smashing pumpkins song
  • I have the latest version (2014)
  • I was able to play customs both my mac and pc before.
  • I converted my customs to mac
  • I ran the mac patch

customs do show up on the game, I can listen to their preview, but once I pick a custom to play, the screen stuck on the "amps", custom songs do not play. Songs came with rocksmith and my purchased DLC's play without a problem.

I'm on Catalina, Have access to PC if needed.

At this point, I do not know what to do or what guide to follow. There are many guides here and there and some are outdated, some have broken links and so on.

 

Could someone please help me out?
