<ERROR> Could not find valid xblock file

i GET THIS ERROR after I tamper with P.PSARC files, for example backing up, or restoring an individual file from my CDLC archive. For me, backing up simply means copying the file,  and pasting it back to the CLDC folder. Even if i download the p.psarc again, i still get this error in CFSM and the only alternative is to delete and reinstall RSmith, download all my p.Psarc files again.

CFSM doesnt read the files, so i cant repair them using CFSM
