It's a dlc. Customs of official content aren't allowed so you'll have to buy it if you want to play it.

However, it will do no good as the Pack and the Single song were removed from the Steam Store 29 July 2024 and are no longer available for purchase.

Unfortunately the only way to stay with in the site guidelines and rules is to learn how to chart songs, and chart it for yourself and only yourself. This is per Staff and Moderators. There are many other posts along this same question, just with other delisted songs.

Any distribution of delisted ODLC or original tracks will get you banned from this site. I am not saying this to be cold, or heartless, but that is what has allowed to site to remain up and without retribution from UBIsoft.
