Rocksmith 2014 Remastered PC Windows 10 - Latency

Has anyone experienced sound latency issues on windows 10 with Rocksmith 2014 Remastered? If so, how was this corrected? Thanks in advance to everyone who will help me!

I have a Surface Pro. with 16gig memory and a i7 processor.
