Mac: Mouse scroll wheel no longer working on "Learn A Song" list after Steam update

Hey there,

Steam recently updated my Rocksmith 2014 Remastered (may have been an update from max 2 months ago) and ever since, my mouse scroll wheel hasn't worked when trying to select a song. Patch reapplied with no issues. I'm on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6.

Any ideas? The only other thread I've been able to find that is remotely similar is this reddit post but it seems to only apply to Big Sur (there's no "Input Monitoring" in High Sierra Settings).

    Any ideas? I've tried adding Rocksmith and Steam to the Accessibility screen inside System Preferences, but no luck.
