Problem with adding tone changes in my CDLC

Hello!
So i decided to create my first CDLC. Everything was good to the poin of adding tones. I added tone changes in Editor on Fire and when I went to the toolkit I imported tones from tone designer. Then I set the first tone as base, tone A as the second tone and tone B as the third one. In my song the base tone is clean, then there is distortion and then it comes back to the base clean tone. Problem is that when I play the song the first tone is all good but then it doesn't change. When i import the file again to the toolkit there are only my base clean tones saved and the distortion dissapears. What am I doing wrong?
