I am wondering if it would be allowed to upload a CDLC for Smashing Pumpkins - Disarm Electric Live version - there is an ODLC for the original, acoustic version but this one is entirely different:

No posting of official Rocksmith 1 or Rocksmith 2014 official content. That means included songs and official DLC. Live versions of official content are also not allowed. Live versions of DLC songs that did not make it over to 2014 from the original Rocksmith is allowed as long as it doesn't copy the original chart. 

Looks like ya can't upload it, but there's nothing stopping you from making it and playing it yourself.

Thanks, that's what I figured but thought there may be an exception when its such a different, almost opposite version of the song
