when generating song an old save file is somehow being used

I can open up editor on fire and load the notes and everything is there, however when i go to put it into the toolkit it is apparently a file from hours prior.

The XML file i am putting into the toolkit shows that it has been opened and modified very recently, but when i put it into the game it is apparently a save from hours ago.

This is my very first time charting so i may be missing something glaringly obvious, but i just have no clue 

any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated

    nevermind, i think i see the problem

    the numbers 1 to 4 at the top i was working on 3 and 4 had an old save
