Problem to upplode CDLC

Hi i have had Rocksmith for soon 1 year and i have had CDLC's for wery long time but one day i uninstalled the game and installed it to a other disc and now i can't put in CDLC.
The files is in DLC folder but it don't show up in the game.
i have the  D3DX9_42.dll file and the song i need to be able to play CDLC's
and sorry for my bad English XD
please Heeelp !!!!

    You need to own the Cherub Rock DLC on steam, available here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/248750/ I believe it is on sale for $1.79 until November 16th, for CDLC to show up in game
