Questions about listed but unavailable/greyed out CDLC

Hi, new member here,

Can someone care to explain the situation about unavailable/greyed out CDLC in Search.

Does it mean that these CDLCs were copystriked or that the download links are deleted/unavailable?

I would have love to play me some Teenage Bottlerocket but everything is unavailable...

Anyone downloaded them before they got taken out? Could anyone share them in DMs please?
