How to download/install CDLC

Hi guys,

I think I am blind but on a new version of a forum I cannot find any information how to install CDLC/Fix. There is a lot of informations about it in web but all links are dead. Could you help me? Previously I had everything set up but after last week Rocksmith issues I reinstalled a game and now non-official songs aren't working.

I guess answer for my question is right in front of me and I am just tunnel visioning. Sorry for "spam" if that's the case.
